Loratadine is a tricyclic antihistamine powerful, long-acting antagonist with activity as selective peripheral H1-receptor. Completely absorbed after being administered orally. The elimination half-life of plasma is 9 hours. However, their antihistaminic effect persists for 24 hours. Onset is early estimated at about 30 minutes. Later is extensively metabolized in the liver and excreted through urine and feces. Betamethasone is well absorbed orally. Effect reaches its peak between the first and second hour after administration. Has a greater effect at 72 hours. Half-life in plasma was calculated from 3 to 5 days, and biological half-life from 36 to 54 hours.
